Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Strategy & Analysis

• Evaluate Performance: Analyze student scores from DPPs and CWEs for Board, NEET, and JEE.
• Identify Gaps: Use data logs to spot trends (decline/stagnation) and diagnose performance discrepancies (e.g., strong in Boards, weak in NEET).
• Design Interventions: Plan and implement weekly corrective strategies to ensure measurable improvement in specific weak areas.
• Assessment Alignment: Adjust evaluation methods to cover descriptive depth (Boards) and MCQ precision (NEET/JEE).

2. Mentorship & Student Management

• Coaching: Manage and mentor a cohort of 35+ students, providing individual feedback on DPPs and leading doubt-clearing sessions.
• Goal Setting: Motivate underperforming students, set short-term goals, and track progress using academic logs and weekly test scores.
• Content Delivery: Align teaching methods with the academic year plan, balancing theory-based Board topics with application-based NEET/JEE techniques.
• Oversight: Coordinate weekly tests and GIBs; ensure adherence to discipline during hostel rounds.

3. Communication & Administration

• Parent Updates: Conduct biweekly parental communication on academic performance, attendance, and well-being.
• Advocacy: Handle parent objections by explaining the integrated curriculum's benefits.
• Fees: Assist with fee-related communication, collection, and portal updates.

Requirements:

• Expertise: Strong academic knowledge of the NEET, JEE, and Class 11-12 Board syllabi.
• Analytical: Ability to interpret student performance data and trends effectively.
• Assessment Skills: Understanding of exam patterns; skilled in both MCQ and descriptive answer checking.
• Management: Ability to manage a 35+ student load while maintaining quality feedback and tracking.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, and an empathetic yet result-oriented mentorship approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
