Role Overview

As an Academic Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students enrolled in our Integrated School Program (NEET, JEE, and Board Preparation). You will be responsible for monitoring academic progress, providing personalized mentorship, and ensuring students maintain a healthy balance between board exams and competitive exam preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Academic Performance: Track student outcomes in Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) and Chapter-Wise Exams (CWEs), analyse data, and design targeted strategies to improve learning.
• Align Curriculum: Ensure thorough coverage of board and competitive exam syllabi, adapting teaching and evaluation methods to support both effectively.
• Mentor Students: Guide a cohort of 35+ students, maintain progress records, set academic goals, and conduct regular feedback and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Maintain Discipline: Ensure adherence to academic schedules and hostel discipline to create a focused learning environment.
• Engage with Parents: Conduct bi-weekly performance reviews, share updates on academics and well-being, and address concerns regarding curriculum, performance, or fees in a timely and professional manner.
