Job TItle - Academic Head I. JOB PURPOSE To provide strategic leadership and direction for all academic programs and activities within the institution. To ensure high academic standards, promote a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, and oversee curriculum development, faculty management, and student academic performance. II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities Develop and implement academic policies, frameworks, and procedures. Plan and conduct Faculty Development Programs to enhance teaching quality. Design, review, and upgrade curriculum as per regulatory guidelines Manage academic content creation and editing for brochures, and marketing materials. Manage practical labs and ensure hands-on competency development. Supervise co-curricular and extra-curricular student development activities. Supervise publication of the MIAPE academic newsletter. Oversee the implementation and smooth functioning of the Learning Management System (LMS) Ensure strict adherence to academic calendars and weekly session plans. Oversee campus placement activities and strengthen recruitment initiatives. Coordinate and oversee student clinical postings and rotations Manage end-to-end examination processes across all formats institution-wide. Lead academic committees including grievance redressal mechanisms. Drive alumni engagement and manage alumni relations initiatives.
