1. Ensuring employees and channel partners are kept abreast with latest trends in the realm of education. 2. Act as the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders with respect to university/college courses and syllabi 3. Train employees with updates regarding existing courses and amendments from time to time. 4. Impart knowledge transfer to existing employees regarding new tie ups and courses. 5. Conduct induction training for new hires. 6. Involve in instructional design for module development for training content. 7. Conduct periodic assessments for employees and channel partners to gauge their level of knowledge on course structure, syllabi etc. 8. Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and efficiency. 9. Act as escalation resource for channel partners and employees to clarify queries regarding courses. 10. Partner with HR team for bridging the knowledge gap in the organization. 11. Continually improve all training related logistics. 12. Lead a team of academicians and operational executives to ensure smooth knowledge dissemination within the organization.
