Academic Head

As the Academic Head at our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic roadmap for various competitive exams like IIT-JEE, NTSE, Olympiads, and C.B.S.E. across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing the annual academic plan in collaboration with the Management team. - Overseeing all tasks and assignments of the academic team, ensuring quality and error-free content for all programs. - Monitoring the academic progress of faculty members across different courses and products. - Identifying and implementing new academic initiatives based on student needs and emerging trends. - Maintaining the quality of content for all programs and revising content annually. - Implementing corporate study plans and test schedules for all courses. - Establishing a feedback mechanism with faculty members and center heads to ensure effective communication. Qualifications: - IIT graduate/post-graduate with a strong academic background and experience in academic development. - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in planning and refining academic programs for competitive exams. - Strong managerial, operational, and administrative skills.
