Job Description

Overview
We are hiring an Academic Head to lead the academic planning, curriculum quality, and faculty coordination for all programs at Elance Learning. This role ensures strong academic outcomes, smooth content delivery, and an excellent learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement academic strategies for ACCA, CA, CMA, and related programs
Maintain curriculum quality and update content as per global and exam standards
Oversee faculty onboarding, training, performance, and retention
Monitor academic KPIs including pass rates, teaching quality, and student satisfaction
Work with content, tech, and operations teams to ensure smooth LMS delivery
Track student performance and initiate academic support when needed
Improve teaching methods, student engagement, and learning outcomes
Conduct academic audits, feedback reviews, and represent the brand at events

Skills & Competencies

6 months–1 year experience in teaching or academic roles (coaching/college/university/edtech)
Strong understanding of CA, ACCA, and CMA curriculum
Experience in curriculum planning or academic coordination is a plus
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
