About the Role :

Paramedical Head

Key Responsibilities :

Lead academic, clinical, and administrative operations of the Paramedical College.
Develop academic plans, curriculum strategies, and quality enhancement initiatives.
Teach and mentor UG, PG, and PhD-level students.
Guide PhD scholars and supervise research projects.
Ensure academic compliance, syllabus mapping, and regulatory documentation.
Manage faculty performance, departmental operations, and student academic activities.
Strengthen industry, hospital, and training partnerships.
Contribute to new program development and academic expansion.

Required Qualifications & Skills

MD / PhD
in a Paramedical or Allied Health Science discipline.
89 years of post-PhD teaching experience
in a reputed institution.
Proven experience in
guiding PhD students
and handling research supervision.
Strong record of
publications in national and international journals
.
Experience in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in Malayalam
(speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Strong administrative, documentation, and compliance knowledge.
