We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Head to lead our educational team, oversee curricular development, and ensure academic excellence across all programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of educational best practices, and a passion for shaping the future of our organization’s academic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic policies and strategies
• Oversee curriculum design and assessment standards
• Lead faculty recruitment, training, and evaluation
• Monitor and improve student academic performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance educational quality
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Education or related field
• Proven experience in academic leadership roles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to foster a positive learning environment
