Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and strategy aligned with QMU standards
  
• Oversee curriculum planning, delivery, assessments, and faculty allocation
  
• Ensure academic quality, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
  
• Lead and develop academic teams across partner institutions
  
• Act as academic liaison between ISDC, QMU, and partner campuses
  
• Support student engagement, academic support, and grievance handling
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree or higher (Education/Management/Commerce/Finance)
  
• 10+ years in higher education academic leadership
  
• Mandatory exposure to

  SCQF / European frameworks / TNE

• Experience managing multi-institution academic models preferred
