Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain courses and fees, schedule demo classes, follow up with parents, and maintain accurate student and enquiry data. Ensure smooth coordination with tutors and management. Required Candidate profile Good communication skills in English and local language. Experience in call handling or education support preferred. Organized, patient, polite, and comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
