Role Overview: The candididate should be proven sales performer adept in direct to consumer consultative sales.He/she needs to be comfortableworking with products which require focused nurturing over a period of time and yet can build urgency for the end consumer to decide fast.Key Responsibilities Area

  • Counselling experienced professionals , helping them plan their career path and making them understand how WE can catalyse their career.
  • Carrying weekly enrolment/ revenue and collection target.
  • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes, making phone calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality
  • Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Individual with outstanding communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Financial Product sales preferred (EdTech sales would be an advantage).
  • Rockstar sales performers with proven track records.
  • Great listeners, and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners.
  • Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnel, tracking feedback,prioritising tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.
  • Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel) is preferable.

What are your deliverables / KPI’s?

  • Minimum of 25 interactions with potential candidates per day.
  • Minimum 2 enrollment per week.
  • Weekly revenue targets to be met and over achieved.
