Academic Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and student-oriented Academic Counselor to guide students in choosing suitable IT training programs such as React, Python, Full Stack, Web Development, etc. The role involves student counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and coordination for seminars and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding available IT training programs.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, calls, and online leads.
• Provide accurate course information and career guidance.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain enquiry and admission records.
• Coordinate with colleagues and trainers for batch allocation and smooth operations.
• Conduct and support career guidance sessions, seminars, and demo programs.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ensure excellent student satisfaction and relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil.
• Good convincing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT courses is an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Excel / basic CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹10,242.73 - ₹15,000.00 per month
