📌 Job Title: Academic Counsellor – Offline Learning Centres📍 Location: Pune🗓 Working Days: 6 days (Monday – Saturday)About the RoleAs an Academic Counsellor, you will guide prospective learners, help them identify the right career paths, and demonstrate programs can accelerate their growth. You will play a key role in driving enrollments and revenue through consultative counselling and sales.Key Responsibilities• Engage with potential learners via calls, video sessions, and in-centre meetings.• Drive weekly and monthly enrollment & revenue targets.• Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from first interaction to enrollment and post-sales support.• Track and improve KPIs such as counselling sessions, conversions, and revenue.• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality.• Coordinate with centre teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.Skills & Experience• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in consultative/B2C sales (education industry preferred).• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.• Empathetic and learner-focused approach.• Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office.
