Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide academic counseling to students on various courses offered by top universities in India and abroad.
• Generate leads through cold calling, inside sales, and telesales to drive admissions for educational institutions.
• Utilize edtech platforms to manage student interactions, track progress, and provide personalized guidance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in academic counseling or related field (admissions, b2c sales).
• Strong understanding of education industry dynamics including curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people at all levels.
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools such as CRM software, social media platforms etc.
