Role OverviewThe Counsellor will act as a guide and advisor to clients, trainees, and associates, ensuring they make informed decisions regarding property investments, training opportunities, and career growth within Realmaker. The role demands strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Counselling: Provide guidance to prospective customers about property options, investment benefits, and project details. Handle client queries with professionalism and ensure transparency in communication. Training & Mentoring: Counsel trainees, franchise associates, and sales team members regarding career growth, performance improvement, and business opportunities. Support new joiners in adapting to Realmaker’s systems and processes. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction. Regular follow-up with potential leads and assist them in decision-making. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain proper records of counselling sessions, leads, and client feedback. Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and HR departments to streamline client engagement and employee support. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred). Confidence in public speaking, presentations, and one-on-one counselling. Ability to build trust and resolve client or trainee concerns with empathy. Knowledge of real estate markets, sales processes, or training counselling (preferred). Good organizational and record-keeping skills. QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Business Administration, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in counselling (education, training, real estate, or sales).
