Experience : Min 1+ years as SME >TL>Manager on paper as an education counsellor Language: English, Kannada, Hindi (any other south language will be value added) Location: Jayanagar Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Industry Experience: Someone who has worked in sales department of colleges & university, schools, academy, institutes, Coaching centres, Students from - Air hostess academy, Call centres, BPO, KPO Education background : Graduate (BCA, BTech, MCA background since you have to counsel about tech courses, this will be an added advantage) Ad-on skills Hands-on with Microsoft PPT, Excel (MS Office) Tools preferred (CRM, Dialler Management, virtual meeting tools) Preparing Forecast & Projection (Weekly, Monthly & Yearly), Reports (Calls, talk time, AHT, call per leads, leads to admission, insights Note: During season Kanakpura campus visit will be 10% and 90% will be in-house Roles and Responsibilities: On Season Interface with leads via inbound and outbound calls with various source (in-house/Microsite) and converting leads into confirmed applications PAN India. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Convert leads to enrolments and meet monthly targets on a consistent basis and meet KPIs Responsible for the end-to-end enrolment process. Understand student needs/requirements and pitch a suitable program Counselling/Interacting with students and Parents. Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process and meeting application deadlines. Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures. Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.
