Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students about various courses and help them make informed decisions regarding their education. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding career and course options. Handle inbound and outbound calls for student queries. Convert inquiries into admissions through professional communication and follow-up. Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with the admissions and support team. Meet monthly enrollment and performance targets. Assist walk-in students and conduct campus tours (if applicable). Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in student counselling/admissions (EdTech or Distance Learning preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and match student needs with course offerings. Goal-oriented and persuasive. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Location: Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person
