Job Title: Student Counselor – Overseas Education Location: Kings Cornerstone International College Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 1 year in student counseling or education consulting Education: Bachelor’s degree (Recent graduates preferred) Job Summary: Kings Cornerstone International College is seeking a passionate and dynamic Student Counselor to guide students in pursuing higher education abroad. You will play a vital role in shaping students’ academic journeys by providing personalized advice, assisting with application processes, and offering comprehensive support throughout their study-abroad journey. Key Responsibilities: 1. Consulting and Guidance: Meet with students to understand their academic and career aspirations. Advise students on suitable overseas education options and universities based on their goals. 2. Application Assistance: Support students in preparing and submitting applications. Guide students in writing personal statements, securing recommendation letters, and meeting deadlines. 3. Information Provision: Stay current with international education trends, university admissions, visa requirements, and scholarships. 4. Documentation Support: Help students complete necessary paperwork for visa applications, financial aid, and university admissions. 5. Workshops and Seminars: Organize informative sessions on topics like application processes, cultural adaptation, and academic readiness. 6. Collaboration: Coordinate with schools, scholarship bodies, and international partners to provide the latest opportunities. 7. Client Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with students to ensure progress and offer additional support when needed. 8. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to students and their families, ensuring a smooth and supportive counseling experience. Required Skills: Student Counseling Academic Advising Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Strong Organizational and Time Management Empathy and Student-Centric Approach Familiarity with Microsoft Office and counseling tools Additional Requirements: Must be a recent graduate Tech-savvy and willing to learn new platforms Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
