We are hiring an Academic Coordinator with knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths subjects. Your key responsibilities: Manage student batches and daily class schedules Organize and conduct tests for students Observe student performance and prepare progress reports Provide academic support and doubt-solving (basic level) in PCM subjects Coordinate with faculty and ensure smooth batch management Guide and motivate students to improve performance Maintain discipline and positive learning environment Required Skills: Knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths (12th/Graduate level) Good communication & student handling skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets) Ability to manage multiple batches and tests Strong observation & reporting skills Qualifications: Graduate in Science/Engineering (B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc preferred) Freshers with good PCM knowledge can also apply Experience in coaching institute/academic management is an advantage Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹[Insert range e.g. 12,000 – 15,000 per month] Performance incentives Opportunity to grow in academic management and faculty roles
