We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to manage our admissions and sales department. Your key responsibilities: Generate leads through calls, online platforms, and walk-ins Provide detailed information to students/parents about our Accounting & Taxation courses Follow up with potential leads regularly and maintain records Counsel students and guide them in selecting the right course Convert inquiries into admissions (closing sales) Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities Achieve monthly admission targets Required Skills: Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English) Sales/Marketing experience (preferred in Education/Training sector) Ability to handle leads and follow-up professionally Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred) Self-motivated and target-oriented Qualifications: Minimum Graduate (Any stream) Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply Experience in Sales/Marketing/Telecalling/Admissions will be an advantage Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹[Insert range e.g. 10,000 – 12,000 per month] + Incentives Incentives on admissions closed Training and growth opportunities
