Role Overview:

Academic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily academic activities across all language levels (A1–B2).
• Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and semester academic schedules.
• Ensure syllabus completion within timelines and maintain academic discipline.
• Support trainers with lesson planning, assessments, and teaching resources.
• Track student attendance, performance, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Plan and organize mock exams, progress reviews, and certification preparation sessions.
• Act as the communication bridge between management, trainers, and students.
• Address academic issues and implement solutions in coordination with the Head of Academy.
• Prepare academic reports and performance analytics for review.
• Ensure quality delivery of Pflegedeutsch (nursing-specific German) and exam-oriented modules.
• Coordinate academic events, workshops, and skill-development sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Languages, or related field).
• Prior experience (2–4 years) in academic coordination or language institute management preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with

  Goethe/TELC language examination systems

  will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital academic tools.
