Role: Academic Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

• Train and mentor teachers for impactful classroom delivery
• Conduct academic audits and ensure operational excellence
• Lead parent and teacher orientation programs
• Support centers with regular visits and guidance
• Drive consistency, compliance, and best practices across your territory

What You Bring:

• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in the preschool industry (a must)
• Familiarity with franchise operations (a plus)
• Willingness to travel ~15 days/month
• Passion for early childhood education and curriculum excellence
