Academic Associate / Assistant Professor (PhD – Computer Science / Management)

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated PhD holders in Computer Science or Management who have recently completed their doctoral studies and are passionate about contributing to academia. The role involves curriculum development, project evaluation, thesis/dissertation review, and academic content enhancement for Degree & Doctorate programs.

• Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Design & Development: Contribute to the design, review, and improvement of Bachelor’s and Master’s academic programs in Computer Science / Management.
• Thesis & Dissertation Evaluation: Review, evaluate, and provide academic feedback on research projects, dissertations, and doctoral theses.
• Project Supervision & Assessment: Guide and assess student projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and academic rigor.
• Academic Research Support: Assist in developing research methodologies, publishing academic papers, and mentoring students in research activities.
• Content Development: Create high-quality academic content, case studies, and assessment frameworks for online/offline learning modules.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure academic integrity, research ethics, and compliance with institutional and accreditation guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior faculty, curriculum committees, and academic boards on program reviews and updates.
• Student Engagement: Support student learning through seminars, workshops, and academic counseling.
• Qualifications & Skills:PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or related fields (awarded within the last 1–2 years).
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies, academic writing, and project evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with curriculum design, higher education pedagogy, and academic frameworks (UGC/AICTE/International standards).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for writing, research, and contributing to the academic community.
