Qualification & Eligibility:-

• Graduate/Post Graduate from Science/BE/Btech/Mtech.

Working Experience:-

• 5-7 years in Academic Planning or Academic operations.

Required Skill Sets:-

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree preferably BTech/Mtech , would be a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in Academic Planning/ Academic operations management,

  preferably in JEE & NEET Vertical.

  Experience in the EdTech industry is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, Teachers,authors, and other Crossfunctional Teams.
• Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all Academic Planning..
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
• Passion for Education: An interest in the field of education and a passion for improving learning outcomes through technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

📌 Task & Coordination Management

• Take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Teachers, Other operation members, and content coordinators to ensure timely Planning and smooth execution of deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between teams for effective collaboration and updates.

📊 Data Oversight

• Support end-to-end data collection, organization, and management related to Academic Planning, Operations, content and project workflows.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of data across systems.

🧠 Process Understanding & Strategic Input

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand key processes, workflows, and timelines.
• Provide insights and support in process optimization and data-driven decision-making.

📈 Performance Tracking

• Maintain basic metrics and trackers for task progress and coordination checkpoints.
• Contribute to regular reporting and suggest improvements based on collected data.
