Key Responsibilities:

The employee will receive company-assigned leads and schedules and will coordinate with clients to conduct field visits and property showings.
The employee will be responsible for understanding the customers exact requirements and aligning them with suitable property options by presenting alternative properties as needed.
The employee will also be required to generate new potential customers and manage price negotiations between both parties to ensure successful closures.
The role includes cross-selling and effectively pitching the company’s legal services to customers.
The employee will be responsible for managing properties across five societies and must be flexible to change job locations within an assigned 10–15 km area based on business requirements.
This position is open only to experienced candidates with a relevant field or in real estate.
