Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls for collections in line with client and company policieFollow up with customers on overdue accounts in a professional and persuasive mannerMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitmentMeet defined productivity and quality benchmarksProvide timely updates and escalate issues where necessary
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO voice process (preferably in collections or customer service)Strong command of spoken English with a neutral or US/UK accentExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environmenFlexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
