Collection Executive

Mahindra Holidays is hiring for a collections executive at Andheri Location.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional experienced in Collections, Retentions, Customer Service & cross sell who will be responsible for collections & retention of existing customers. The executive will be responsible for collection of due payments, Holiday planning, Retentions, upselling of products from existing customers.

The successful candidate should be able to accept ownership for assigned customer base and effectively solve customer issues, complaints, requests, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the centre of every interaction and behaviour.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collection of due payments from existing Members.
• Ensure Customer delight & consistent service experience including timely resolution of customer queries & issues, to enable EMI collections.
• Collection of post-dated instruments towards Membership EMIs.
• Upsell products to existing customer and ensure maximum revue generation to organization.
• Ensure collection targets are met and work closely towards achieving milestone targets.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure members concerns are addressed to with TAT.
• Responsible for high level of quality communication with customers within laid down parameters & processes by company.
• Ensure Maximum CSAT on every interaction with Members.
• Plan organize & execute daily duties & data management with minimum supervision.
• Proactively retain any potential exit customer and ensure end to end assistance throughout.
• Act on feedbacks given Team Leaders, Seniors, Quality & Training or on coaching provided within team as guidelines for improving overall performance of team
• Must have Strong English Communications

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Any stream Graduate & Post-graduates or any specialization preferred.
• For undergraduates - 12th Pass is must.
• Graduate Freshers or some with good collections experience
• Continuous professional working experience (Gaps in experience not preferred)
