Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modelling & Rendering

• Develop detailed 3D models of interior fit‑out schemes using relevant software and as per the inputs from the design team.
• Produce photorealistic still images and animations using relevant tools, ensuring accurate representation of textures, materials, lighting, etc as per the desired intent and in line with the vision of the design team.

• Concept Development Support

• Collaborate with design teams to refine spatial layouts, furniture arrangements, and material palettes.
• Interpret architectural drawings, elevations, and finish schedules to build accurate digital environments.

• Presentation & Communication

• Prepare high‑impact presentation boards, mood boards, and walkthrough animations for client meetings.
• Communicate technical feedback and iteration requests efficiently with designers and project stakeholders.

• Quality Control & Optimization

• Ensure all renders meet project standards for resolution, realism, and consistency with design briefs.
• Optimize scenes for faster render times without compromising visual fidelity.

• Research & Innovation

• Stay up to date with emerging rendering techniques, plugins, and software updates.
• Experiment with new workflows and adopt processes and plugins to enhance visualization quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of professional experience focused on interior fit‑out or architectural visualization.
• Proven portfolio showcasing interior visualizations created with SketchUp and V‑Ray.

Technical Skills

• Primary Tools:

• SketchUp (advanced modelling, dynamic components)
• V‑Ray for SketchUp (materials, lighting, render settings)

• Supporting Software (advantageous):

• Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom (post‑production)
• 3ds Max or Rhino (for complex geometry or alternative workflows)
• AI tools, Enscape, Lumion & Revit

• Architectural Understanding:

• Strong grasp of architectural principles, spatial planning, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, sections, and finish schedules.

Soft Skills

• Excellent visual communication and attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong time management skills to be able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Effective collaborator to work seamlessly with architects, designers, and project managers.
