Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer Location: Kozhikode, Kerala Company: De Decorfit Interiors LLP Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are hiring an experienced Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer who can handle complete design development, 2D drawings, and high-quality 3D renderings for residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects. The candidate must be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of turning concepts into visually compelling presentations. Key Responsibilities Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations Prepare 2D drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details Create realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visualizations Prepare material boards, mood boards, and design presentations Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and clients Ensure design intent and detailing accuracy throughout project execution Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements Revise drawings and visuals as required based on feedback Conduct site visits when needed for measurements and design reviews Requirements Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design 2–6 years experience in interior design and 3D visualization Strong knowledge of interior materials, joinery, and fit-out details Software Skills: AutoCAD (mandatory) 3ds Max and V-Ray (preferred) SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop (added advantage) Ability to convert design ideas into realistic 3D visuals Good communication skills in English; Hindi spoken preferred Gulf experience is an added advantage Salary Range 20,000 – 40,000 INR per month (Depending on design ability, software skills, and portfolio quality) How to Apply Email: connect@decorfit.com Phone: +91 83868 28888
