💰 Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience, Non Negotiable Beyond 60k)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who can oversee and manage the entire production pipeline for animation and VFX projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow between departments, maintain timelines, optimize resources, and ensure the highest quality output is delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Plan, organize, and manage the production pipeline from pre-production to final delivery

🔹 Coordinate between departments — modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, FX, compositing, and editing

🔹 Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions

🔹 Manage schedules, deadlines, and team productivity

🔹 Liaise with clients and ensure project requirements are met

🔹 Maintain quality control across all stages of production

🔹 Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet delivery timelines

🔹 Prepare regular reports for management on project status

Requirements

✅ 4+ years of experience in production management within animation/VFX/gaming industry

✅ Strong understanding of animation & VFX production pipelines

✅ Excellent leadership and team coordination skills

✅ Proficient in production tracking tools like ShotGrid, ftrack, or similar

✅ Strong communication & problem-solving abilities

✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Nice to Have

✨ Experience with budgeting & resource planning

✨ Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana)

✨ Exposure to international animation/VFX projects
