Role Description

This is a permanent role for a 3D Production Manager, based on-site in New Delhi. The 3D Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire 3D production process from concept to completion. This includes managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting any production issues. The role requires leadership, organization, and communication skills to guide the production team and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3D production including modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering
• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Proficiency with 3D software such as Unreal Engine, Maya, 3ds Max, Adobe, and other industry-standard tools
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team and manage individuals effectively
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
• Experience in the animation industry, especially in 3D animation production, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Game Design, or a related field
