Position Overview:

Senior 3D Generalist

technical excellence, artistic vision, and production-level experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality CGI, 3D models, and visualizations for ads, branding, and marketing projects.
• Develop product renders, animations, and hero visuals aligned with brand and creative guidelines.
• Ensure accurate scale, proportions, materials, and lighting for realistic product representation.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually compelling content.
• Design realistic product visualizations, animations, and motion graphics.
• Ensure consistency in design quality across different media formats.
• Stay updated with the latest CGI, VFX, and design trends.

Blender Production Expertise:

Blender

• Hard-surface and organic modeling

• UV mapping and layout optimization

• Texturing and PBR material creation

• Advanced shading and lighting setups

• Product animation and motion design

• Rendering with high-quality output standards

Ensure efficient, optimized workflows for production-ready assets.

Houdini Simulation & Procedural Workflows:

water, fluid, and particle simulations

• Develop procedural systems for dynamic effects and simulation-based visuals.

• Integrate simulations seamlessly into product CGI shots.

• Optimize simulations for quality, performance, and render efficiency.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams.

• Translate creative briefs into technically accurate 3D visuals.

• Provide guidance and support to junior artists when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CGI Designer or 3D Artist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Generalist.
• Expert-level proficiency in

  Blender

  (mandatory).
• Advanced working knowledge of

  Houdini

  , particularly for simulations (mandatory).
• Strong experience in

  Product CGI creation

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  PBR workflows, materials, and lighting

  .
• Proven experience with

  water, fluid, and particle simulations

  .
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product CGI, simulations, and photorealistic renders.
