🎨 We’re hiring: Graphic Designer (with Video Editing) Type: Full-time (On-site) Location: Pitampura, Delhi Start Date: 8th-15th September 2025 About Inksailor We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency. You’ll work on real brands, ship creatives daily, and keep leveling up—mentorship included. What you’ll do • Design marketing creatives: social posts, ads, stories, carousels, thumbnails, banners, emails, landing visuals, and basic print. • Edit videos for Reels/Shorts/YouTube/product demos—cuts, pacing, transitions, subtitles, simple SFX, and music syncing. • Maintain brand guidelines, visual consistency, and quality across formats/aspect ratios. • Prepare exports for platforms (correct codecs, sizes, bitrates) and manage asset libraries neatly. • Collaborate with copy/design/ads teams; iterate quickly from feedback and performance data. You should know • Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign is a plus). • Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve/CapCut), subtitles, basic color correction, audio leveling. • Social-first craft: hooks, layout hierarchy, typography, thumbnails, and platform specs (IG, FB, YT, LinkedIn). • Asset hygiene: organized layers, proper file naming, versioning, and export presets. Nice to have (plus points) • Motion Graphics (After Effects) — simple logo stings, text anims, lower-thirds, transitions. • Figma for quick mockups/handoffs. • 3D exposure (Blender/C4D) or product compositing. • Basic understanding of ad creatives (A/B variants, UGC formats, performance-led design).
