You will be joining MYIAR - Make Your Imagination A Reality, a fast-growing creative tech studio that specializes in bringing ideas to life through stunning 3D visuals, architectural designs, AR/VR experiences, and product visualizations across various industries like real estate, fashion, product design, and wellness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create high-quality 3D models including characters, props, products, architecture, and environments. - Apply realistic textures, lighting, and rendering techniques to enhance visual output. - Collaborate with AR/VR, animation, and design teams for integrated projects. - Optimize models for real-time and pre-rendered applications to ensure efficiency. - Transform client briefs into visual outputs with high fidelity and creativity. - Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in 3D design to maintain industry relevance. **Skills & Software Requirements:** - Proficiency in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or ZBrush. - Texturing skills using Substance Painter or Adobe Photoshop. - Rendering experience in KeyShot, V-Ray, Arnold, Eevee, or Redshift. - Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus. - Understanding of UV mapping, lighting techniques, and basic animation principles. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities. **What We're Looking For:** - A versatile portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering. - Strong artistic sense combined with technical knowledge. - Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Passion for storytelling through visual elements.
