Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned region.
  • Manage and mentor the regional sales team; track performance and ensure accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify and tap into new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers as per credit terms.
  • Drive proper and consistent usage of

    CRM software

     by the sales team for customer management, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to adjust plans accordingly.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Coordinate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve customer concerns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
