*Monitor day to day performances of the W/Hs within the Zone, identify
bottlenecks and suggest solutions, build corrective actions and escalate where necessary
*Accountable for Zonal W/H Stock Match with Books on 100% Accuracy level.
*Drive continuous improvement of On-Time In-Full delivery performance
*Monitor Zonal teams to ensure right channel mix for availability of Material Across zones, Manufacturing, outsourcing & maximize delivery to Customers and minimum Lost orders

*Keeping Logistics up to Delivery schedule and time with Lowest cost and Service Paraments
*Monitoring stock movement around various inventory locations and ensure FIFO, Lowest damages, identify damages scenario and find a root cause and build action plan.
