Role Overview: You will be a Zonal Sales Manager for Durley Saniware (VIDA) located in Guwahati, responsible for overseeing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets within the assigned zone. Your daily tasks will include managing sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments, provide training to the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales teams and develop sales strategies - Achieve sales targets within the assigned zone - Oversee sales operations and build strong customer relationships - Analyze market trends and prepare sales reports - Coordinate with other departments and provide support to the sales team - Ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets - Leadership and team management skills to effectively support the sales team - Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective sales strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining customer relationships - Strong organizational and time management skills for coordinating with other departments - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred - More than 5 years of experience in the sanitaryware industry.
