Role: Zonal Sales Manager – West

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 15–20 years in sales, with 10+ years in zonal/regional team leadership

Responsibilities

-Lead a 30+ member zonal sales team aligned with national KPIs

-Own zonal performance: strategy, execution, compliance, coaching

-Drive dealer/distribution management and tender processes

-Ensure call-plan adherence, segmentation, targeting and market coverage

-Interface with cross-functional teams and act as a field-corporate bridge

Must-Haves:

-B. Pharma or Science graduate with MBA preferred

-Experience in medical devices or healthcare sales

-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
