Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis. Continuously monitor the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Analyse sales data and preparing reports to track performance against targets. Manage the budget for the sales team and ensuring that expenses are within the allocated amount. Desired Candidate Profile Any graduate with MBA in Marketing with 10-15 years of experience into Sales, preferably from hospital/Pharma industry Key Skills Experience managing sales teams.
