Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Zonal/Regional Head

to lead our B2B Wealth Management operations in the assigned region. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, leading a team of Wealth Managers, and establishing deep relationships with corporate partners, HNIs, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Wealth Managers in the assigned region.
    • Drive performance through regular reviews, training, and motivational leadership.
    • Ensure team alignment with business goals, client engagement, and service excellence.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and execute regional B2B strategies to acquire and grow institutional and corporate relationships.
    • Identify and onboard strategic partners, IFAs, and corporate channels.
    • Drive penetration of investment and wealth solutions across the partner/client base.
  • P&L Ownership:
    • Own the region's business targets including revenue, AUM growth, and client acquisition.
    • Optimize cost-effectiveness and resource utilization within the team.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Ensure exceptional service delivery, compliance, and retention.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:
    • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
    • Share insights and contribute to product development and strategic decisions.

Specific Criteria Required For The Applicants

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Management or related field. Certifications like NISM/CFP/CFA will be a plus.
  • Experience: 8–10 years in B2B Wealth Management, BFSI, or Financial Advisory, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage sales teams, deliver results, and build B2B partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of financial products: Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Insurance, etc.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital tools for sales and client management.
