We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Zonal/Regional Head
to lead our B2B Wealth Management operations in the assigned region. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, leading a team of Wealth Managers, and establishing deep relationships with corporate partners, HNIs, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Wealth Managers in the assigned region.
- Drive performance through regular reviews, training, and motivational leadership.
- Ensure team alignment with business goals, client engagement, and service excellence.
- Business Development:
- Develop and execute regional B2B strategies to acquire and grow institutional and corporate relationships.
- Identify and onboard strategic partners, IFAs, and corporate channels.
- Drive penetration of investment and wealth solutions across the partner/client base.
- P&L Ownership:
- Own the region's business targets including revenue, AUM growth, and client acquisition.
- Optimize cost-effectiveness and resource utilization within the team.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery, compliance, and retention.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
- Share insights and contribute to product development and strategic decisions.
Specific Criteria Required For The Applicants
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Management or related field. Certifications like NISM/CFP/CFA will be a plus.
- Experience: 8–10 years in B2B Wealth Management, BFSI, or Financial Advisory, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage sales teams, deliver results, and build B2B partnerships.
- Strong understanding of financial products: Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Insurance, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and digital tools for sales and client management.
