Job Description

As an Operations Manager at the company, your role involves driving customer satisfaction through a well-defined customer strategy and operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to policies and processes, reviewing operational processes for improvement, and monitoring financial performance. Additionally, you will lead the preparation of Operations Budget, monitor expenses, achieve revenue targets, and maximize profitability for assigned accounts. Your responsibilities also include targeting new business opportunities within regional/strategic accounts, conducting profitability analysis, and identifying areas for expanding service offerings. You will oversee operational integrity, adherence to SLAs, and guide Operations Managers on operational contingencies. Furthermore, you will focus on meeting customer KPIs, ensuring effective IT system usage, and identifying automation opportunities. In terms of people management, you will incorporate developmental requirements in training, conduct performance reviews, and groom successors for critical roles within the department. It is essential to establish a cadence of engagement with customers to meet operational and financial expectations and ensure the team attends required training programs for continuous development.
