Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple

  across the Ahmedabad zone
• Drive

  operational KPIs

  order fill rate, on-time delivery, cost per order, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor

  manpower productivity

  route optimization

• Collaborate with central teams for

  technology adoption, training,

  SOP implementation

• Ensure

  compliance

  with labor laws, safety protocols, and operational standards
• Conduct

  audits and reviews

  to identify gaps and drive corrective actions

  local authorities

  for operational permissions and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and present

  monthly performance reports

  to senior leadership
