Zonal Manager

Manage Territory Managers
under his supervision and take ownership of their overall performance.
Monitor the P&L
of each route and take appropriate actions to improve profitability on low-performing routes.
Track and address punctuality issues
ensure proper monitoring and improvement of punctuality across the region.
Oversee Bus Captain hiring
and regularly review and improve Captain performance.
Be
flexible to travel
to nearby locations such as
Vizag, Bhimavaram, and Eluru
