You will be joining Vivriti Group, a pioneer in the Mid-Market Lending space, consisting of Vivriti Capital Limited and Vivriti Asset Management. Vivriti Capital has disbursed USD 3 billion across 300+ enterprise borrowers and is rated A+ by CRISIL. Vivriti Asset Management has raised commitments of over USD 500 million and made investments of over USD 575 million. As a Director in the Client Acquisition Group, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a steady build-up of clients for Vivriti Capital in the mid-corporate segment. You will have to develop a sales and marketing approach for client acquisition, meet monthly acquisition targets, and drive company growth by building a multi-city team to engage with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: - Originate clients and understand their debt requirements. - Market Vivriti Capital's capabilities through various channels. - Develop the process for new client acquisition, including marketing and sales SOPs. - Build and manage client engagement by establishing relationships at the promoter and CXO level. - Implement growth strategies to expand the client base within specific geographies. - Maintain connections with private equity funds, arrangers, and technology platforms to source potential opportunities. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster early client engagement. Qualifications Required: - MBA Finance/CA qualification. - 12+ years of relevant experience in debt market/fundraising. - Strong communication skills. - Extensive networks across corporates and NBFCs. - Ability to engage with key decision-makers. - Strong selling skills and product presentation ability. - Sound understanding of banking products. - Tenacious, hardworking, and results-oriented. - Self-starter with initiative. - Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Good technical understanding of finance, credit, and ratings.,
