Role & responsibilities Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced OE Manager Export Marketing to lead international business development for engineering components in the off-highway equipment sector . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing and selling engineering components to global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, with a strong focus on Europe and other export territories. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute export marketing strategies to promote engineering products in global OE markets, with a focus on Europe, the US, and other strategic regions . Drive export marketing and direct sales of engineering components and assemblies to OEMs in the off-highway equipment industry (construction, mining, agriculture, etc.). Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 clients in sectors such as automotive, off-road highway vehicles, and industrial manufacturing . Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and support pricing, quotation, and contract negotiations. Drive top-line growth by expanding the client base and deepening existing partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory requirements in export territories. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and international forums to enhance brand visibility. Report monthly sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to the senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or MBA in International Business / Marketing. 12+ years of experience in export marketing , with a focus on OE clients in engineering or manufacturing . Strong understanding of international trade practices, INCOTERMS, export documentation, and logistics . Proven success in handling European and US markets . Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Job Purpose: Driving the successful adoption and implementation of IBM CP4I solutions, enabling seamless integration and API management in the organization's cloud infrastructure. Role and Responsibilities Installation, configuration and administration of IBM EAI Products: API Connect (APIC), IBM App connect (ACE) and IBM MQ over RedHat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) Focus on application concerns including cloud-ready distributed application architectures, migrating workloads to containers, containerized development workflows, and integrating container platforms with automated CI/CD pipelines. Assist application teams with on-boarding to the OpenShift platform Resource requirements, capacity analysis, troubleshooting support Participate in projects initiation for Solution Physical Architecture, Infrastructure sizing and capacity panning specific to target customers Work with vendors for feature enhancements, troubleshooting the platform and issues related to integrations with other internal systems. Monitor CP4Is Operators and container metrics for the purposes of maintaining cluster health and identifying thresholds for scaling. Define and document standards and guidelines Consult with development users to determine requirements and recommend solutions Assist with configuration and maintenance of interfaces for related tool integrations Performance tuning of infrastructure components. Review project deliverables of completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards. Document and communicate the status of progress against plans, taking corrective action if necessary Identify, clarify, and resolve project activity issues and risks, escalating as needed Upholds enterprise policy guidelines and recommends new and improved guidelines as appropriate Partner with architects to design and engineer solutions for internal customers Develops and maintains a positive rapport with other teams in the IT organization Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelors Degree in IT/Engineering/Computer/Telecommunications Minimum 7 years of IT development experience Minimum 4 years of experience with IBM EAI Products: API Connect (APIC), IBM App connect (ACE) and IBM MQ Preferred Skills Experience of Linux Containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and deployment of containerized applications/microservices architectures Hands on experience on IBM Cloud Pak for Integration deployment over RedHat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) is highly preferable Working Kubernetes experience is preferable Specific knowledge and experience provisioning multi-node HA clusters including monitoring, performance testing, and application deployment Conceptual and applied understanding of DevOps concepts, tools, and practices is preferable Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Tekton or comparable substitutes is preferable Must have good analytic skills and the ability to apply these skills in a multi-tasking environment where more than one project may require participation at a given time.
