Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the market dynamics of the assigned zone.
• Set clear sales targets and performance metrics aligned with corporate goals.
• Align zone-level initiatives with overall business objectives in collaboration with senior management.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of regional sales managers and sales representatives.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and implement targeted training programs.
• Drive team productivity, motivation, and accountability.

Market Expansion & Relationship Building:

• Identify new business opportunities to grow the customer base within the zone.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in higher education institutions and institutional clients.
• Maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence.

Sales Operations & Performance Management:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and zone profitability.
• Optimize sales processes and operational efficiency to achieve maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and campaigns to zone-specific needs.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Manage the zone's budget efficiently with optimal allocation of resources.
• Oversee forecasting, planning, and execution of sales initiatives within the zone.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide regular performance updates, insights, and risk assessments to senior management.
