Zonal Head - South

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team in the South Zone to efficiently manage and scale the delivery network. Your strong business acumen will be crucial in effectively communicating team objectives and driving the organization towards achieving results in a fast-paced environment. Operational excellence and scalable process improvements will be key focus areas, with a primary goal of meeting client requirements in logistics, quick commerce, and e-commerce operations. Your problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing challenges will play a vital role in ensuring smooth process execution, with a strong emphasis on quality and timely deliveries as core performance metrics. Managing the Profit & Loss statement for the South Zone and driving cost efficiencies will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will implement best practices across all operations to enhance overall efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Build and lead a high-performing team in the South Zone - Communicate team objectives effectively and drive results - Focus on operational excellence and scalable process improvements - Ensure quality and timely deliveries as core performance metrics - Manage the Profit & Loss statement for the South Zone - Drive cost efficiencies and implement best practices across operations Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree in relevant fields such as Math, Statistics, Engineering, Science, Business, or Logistics - Minimum of 4 years of similar experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Sound understanding of employment laws, policies, and procedures - Metric-focused mindset and ability to analyze data in-depth - Leadership capabilities, coaching skills, and experience in succession planning - Expertise in project implementation and effective communication at senior levels - Track record of delivering large projects Additional Details: Preferred qualifications include a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability to changing priorities, sound judgment in stressful situations, decisiveness, confidence, and the ability to influence others will be valuable traits.
