Job Description

Job Title:

  • Drive sales growth for The Policy Exchange in the assigned zone, achieving revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Develop and execute zonal strategies for new partner onboarding, investor acquisition, and product penetration.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key distribution partners, financial advisors, and wealth managers.

2. Team Management & Performance

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional/Area Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure delivery on productivity metrics.
  • Conduct regular training and reviews to strengthen product understanding and sales effectiveness.

3. Partner & Investor Engagement

  • Develop & Build strong relationships with partner networks, family offices, and investment intermediaries.
  • Represent The Policy Exchange at regional events, roadshows, and client meetings.
  • Ensure high-quality investor experience through efficient coordination and service support.

4. Strategic Inputs & Coordination

  • Work closely with central teams (Marketing, Operations, and Product) to align regional strategies.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to shape product positioning.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, process, and brand standards across all operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1015 years of experience in financial products ideally in life insurance, mutual funds, or wealth management distribution.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and team management across multiple locations.
  • Strong network of distributors, IFAs, and investment advisors in the region.
