Role & responsibilities Responsible for achieving sales targets, and collection targets. Drive branding and field promotional activities as per the Business plan. Evaluate & monitor distributor /dealer performance. Monitor cash flows & over dues from dealers. Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan. Specifically, advise on realistic forecasts for each product and territory. Regularly Monitor the performance of the sales team Guide & motivate the team to translate the strategic plan into an implementable action plan. Develop New and Potential markets Preferred candidate profile Graduate (Agri)/ Postgraduate (preferably Agri) with MBA Agri Supervisory experience of 8-10 years (should have experience in handling a team) in Agrochemical /Fertilizer Handling Sales Operations for the entire state.
